Iver

Herald Land is proud to announce that the legal pack was sent to our clients for them to review and sign. It consists of a commercial agreement, TR1 form, and an RX1 with a consent letter for the shareholders to sign. Each investor will be a shareholder in Iver Green Ltd company. Once we receive all the documents signed from all the shareholders, our promoter will start working on the next steps. By this step, we are getting closer to submitting a planning application for our Iver site.

In the recent two months, the council has accepted a lot of planning applications from different kinds in Buckinghamshire area. Find below an example of the most recent one.

Chiltern and South Bucks councils are preparing an emerging joint Local Plan for both districts. Draft Local plan consultation prior to submission for an examination anticipated in July 2018. The next planning committee meeting will be held on July 18th 2018 which will set out policies used to determine planning applications, site allocations or proposed new developments. The latest Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment indicates that there’s a need for additional development in the district for about 14900 homes which is around 677 homes per year.

In July, Chiltern council reviewed planning applications and gave development permissions for a number of sites in Buckinghamshire, which is the same area where our Iver site is located.

This shows that the council started to get areas out of the greenbelt because of the high housing demand. This opens doors for our site when we apply in the near future.
